Choose your vehicles based on different categories. There are five different categories related to the vehicle type. First of all vehicle type is based on its intended usage, secondly fuel type of the vehicle is based on identifying the vehicle’s engine type; diesel or petrol. Thirdly, transmission type of the vehicle is to set its being manual or automatic vehicle. In order to indicate side of the wheel, expressions are used such as RHD or LHD. And finally specs of the vehicles which are supplied by MotorPlus are divided into three; Euro, Tropical and Cold Zone Specs.

Fuel Types of Vehicles

There are two kinds of fuel types for vehicles which are supplied by MotorPlus: Diesel and Petrol. Gasoline or petrol is the most common fuel used in cars today. Common vehicles have four stroke engines designed for this fossil fuel. And additionally, the price of petrol is likely to keep rising as reserves dry up. On the other hand diesel vehicles last longer than petrol vehicles and they have 30% better Fuel efficiency which means you will spend less on fuel.

Transmissions of Vehicles

There are two kinds of transmission types for vehicles: Automatic and Manual. Vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions are less complex to drive. However, generally the cost vehicles with automatic transmission is higher than manual versions. Manual transmissions can go thousands of kilometers without problems on the other hand the repair costs for automatic transmissions are higher. It is said that driving a car with automatic transmission is easier since it does not need driver input in some cases however, some people find driving a manual car more enjoyable.

Drive Side of Vehicles

Drive Side of Vehicles refer to the seat of the driver on vehicles. The drive side of vehicle is opposite of the traffic side. Today about 72% of the world’s total road distance carries traffic on the right and 28% on the left. Typically, side of the steering wheel is opposite to the rule of the road: LHT countries use RHD vehicles and RHT countries use LHD vehicles.
