- What are MotorPlus’ advantages, why should we buy from MotorPlus?
- Supply of vehicles suitable for use at construction site conditions:
We are a specialized company for supply of 4WD vehicles for international construction companies. We know the vehicles that the construction companies need and we keep stock of these vehicles. For example it is very easy to find a luxurious version of Toyota Land Cruiser. That car costs around USD 50.000 without taxes. However from our ready stocks, we can provide the same Land Cruiser, but with lower equipment level, at a price beginning from USD 30.000. Those cars do not have the fancy eqiupment like DVD players, leather seats or sunroofs, but who needs those things at the construction site? Therefore, we keep stock of models that are very competitive at price and suitable for use at the construction site.
- Competitive prices: By doing factory orders, we ensure that we provide the most competitive prices at the market. Also taking benefit of our geographicly dispersed stock locations, we ensure that you receive the vehicles from our nearest stock and therefore there is minimum transportation cost at the final price.
- Wide stocks: We keep rich stocks of Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi and Ford vehicles, that are ready for delivery.
- Spare part support: Most of our clients’ job sites are located at very remote goegraphical locations. Mostly it is not easy to find spare parts at those locations. Therefore, when requested by the client, we prepare 1 or 2 year spare part packages for the sold vehicle, put the parts in the vehicle and deliver them together with the car (this is a paid service). By this way our clients do not have spare part problems for a long time. If different parts are needed, we can deliver them by express courier very quickly to your job site as well.
- Logistics system advantage: We are very used to delivering cars to any destination on the world. In order to deliver cars quicker to our clients, we have 3 stock locations: Bremerhaven/Germany, Istanbul/Turkey and Dubai/United Arab Emirates. With help of our logistics partners, we can deliver very quickly by land, sea or air, whichever more suitable.
- Modifications: We can do several kinds of modifications such as addition of roll cages, winches, bull bars, snorkels, DVD players, etc.
- Just-on-time deliveries: We have an excellent reputation for our just-on –time deliveries. Most off our clients are working on very tight schedules and they cannot bear any delay on the delivery of their vehicles. Being aware of this, we work with the best logistics partners in order to ensure the timely deliveries. We are preferred supplier at many of our clients’ vendor lists due to our special care that we show at keeping our promises.
- Warranty: At the international sales, the manufacturers do not apply any warranty. But we provide 1 year/20.000 km (whichever comes first) warranty, which is applicable without any geographical borders.
- What brands does MotorPlus supply?
We mainly supply Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi and Ford brands.
- Does MotorPlus only supply very basic vehicles for use at construction site or are the luxury vehicles available as well?
90% of the cars that we are supplying are the basic and mid-luxury type of vehicles. However the rest 10% consists of top level ranges of 4WDs, such as Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota Land Cruiser VX series, Range Rover, VW Touareg, etc. Therefore please do not hesitate to revert for your high end vehicle inquiries as well.
- Does MotorPlus supply spare parts?
Yes we do. First of all, we recommend all our clients to order 1 year or 2 year spare part package, along with the cars that they are purchasing. As we will be sending the parts together with the cars, there won’t be any additional transportation costs. Also it is very convenient to make use of the spare part stock when a simple filter, or a belt is needed.
Also if you are running a fleet, we will be glad to submit you an offer for the spare part requirements that you may have.
- Does MotorPlus rent vehicles?
No, we only sell vehicles. For the international construction companies, rental is only feasible if the contract period is less than 6 months. The rental cost of a pickup or 4WD station wagon varies between USD 1.500 – USD 2.000. For periods over 6 months, rental becomes very expensive. If your contract period is between 6 months to 1 year, we recommend you to buy a cheap brand like Ford. If your project period is more than 1 year, we definitely recommend you a top quality brand, like Toyota.
- Does MotorPlus sell second hand vehicles?
No, we only sell brand new vehicles. We have a very high corporate service quality level and we can not maintain this level at the second hand vehicles. Therefore, we do not sell second hand vehicles.
- We don’t know about MotorPlus, how can we trust you about making advance payments?
Almost all of our clients are working with us on advance payment basis. But it is normal that you worry about making advance payments and we fully respect that. The solution for this is, working on letter of credit. We will be glad to accept irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit at your first order. We hope that this will be a good solution for you. Additionally we have a wide list of happy clients from which we can give references to you.
- What are the production places of vehicles that MotorPlus supply?
As of Toyota, almost all the models are produced in Japan, except for Hilux pickup (Thailand) and Camry (Australia)
As of Nissan, almost all models are produced in Japan.
As of Mitsubishi, almost all models are produced in Japan except for the L200 pickup (Thailand).
As of Ford, mostly Ford 4WD vehicles are produced in USA except for the Ranger pickup and Everest STW.
- Are the cars that MotorPlus supply suitable for use in our part of the world?
We are a very experienced company in supplying vehicles to very different parts of the world. In our stocks we keep cars that are produced specially for hot climate or cold climate countries. Therefore we supply the correct cars to the correct destinations.
- Is MotorPlus the distrubutor of the vehicle brands that are provided?
No, we are not distributors. We are an independent global 4WD vehicle supplier, which is specialized on supplying 4WD vehicles to international international companies, aid organizations, local importers, diplomats and expatriates. We keep special 4WD vehicles which are very basic, economic and suitable for job site use. As an example we have the most basic version of Toyota Land Cruiser which is around USD 30.000. However the usual Land Cruiser comes with a lot of fancy equipment and the usual price is around USD 50.000.
- Does MotorPlus apply warranty on the vehicles that you sell?
For the international sales, the manufacturers does not apply any warranty. But as MotorPlus, we provide 1 year / 20.000 km warranty (whichever comes first) with the same conditions of the manufacturer. Furthermore, as most of our clients are working in very remote areas, we do not ask our clients to take their cars to the official service center, in case of a breakdown. A report from the client’s own service or a nearby service is enough for us to asses the warranty claim. We pay for all spare part and workmanship costs in case of such warranty application.
- How do we order a car?
First, please get into contact with one of our sales representatives and request for a quote for the vehicle that you require. Once all the issues regarding the vehicle, price, delivery, etc. are settled, we will send you a pro forma invoice including the agreed detials and our bank account number. Then you can proceed with the agreed payment action (advance payment, issueing of letter of credit, etc.). Then we will immediately prepare your vehicle for shipment and will deliver the car within the delivery time limit provided at the initial offer.
- Does MotorPlus arrange shipping and insurance?
Yes we arrange shipping and insurance up to the nearest costoms office to your destination
